OK, also probieren wir's hier.

Ritt uns alle nicht schon längst der Gedanke an eine Möglichkeit, vom Schreibtisch aus den Kühlschrank auf dem Boot schon mal einzuschalten oder einfach nur abzufragen ob die Bilge trocken ist?

Dafür gibt es komplette Systeme zu kaufen, was aber vielleicht unseren gesteckten finanziellen Rahmen sprengen würde. -

Doch dann kommt Norbert. Norbert Walter ist wie ich Düsseldorfer und hat den schönen Bootsmonitor zum Leben erweckt.
Nach ein paar Emails hatte ich Feuer gefangen und legte los.

Das tolle am LoRa System ist, dass keine Übertragungskosten als Privatperson oder Hobbyist anfallen.
Also keine Kroatische Telekom SIM-Karte mit Anmeldegebühr und monatlichen Kosten.

Zum Auflegen der Winterplane hackte ich an einem Wochenende Anfang Dezember das System zusammen und liess es live gehen.

Es sind 1 Temperatursensor, ein Umgebungssensor und ein Relais angeschlossen.
Zwei Tankanzeigen wären auch dran, doch ich hab die Tanksensoren noch nicht verbunden.

Vom Server aus Irland erhalte ich dann die folgenden Infos:

Damit sind meine Bootsdaten ohne Übertragungskosten dann also im Internet und somit weltweit verfügbar.
Die überbrückte Funkstrecke war nicht so weit und die Empfangsstation steht südlich von Piran auf einem 60m hohen Hügel.

Mit einem Mobiltelefon, iPad, Laptop oder PC können diese Daten nun betrachtet werden.

Vom Prinzip her toll, doch ich brauche ca. 250mA für den Betrieb des Zweikern-Prozessors und das 24h.
Im Sommer mit den Solarzellen kein Ding, doch im Winter mit der Winterpersenning nicht leistbar.
Man müsste dann Solarpanele auf die Persenning legen oder einfach in der Winterpause auf Dateninformationen verzichten.

Doch gerade im Winter interessiert mich eine trockene Bilge und der sonstige Zustand des Bootes (Temperatur, Luftfeuchte).



Ich werde berichten, wie es weiter geht.

Das Boot kaufen wir vom 2. Eigner in Kroatien. Der aktuelle Eigner hatte das Boot jetzt  die letzten 20 Jahre permanent im Wasser bei Pula, bis auf ein jährliches Auskranen und erneuern des Antifoulings.

Heute muss ich sagen, das war ein Fehler. Heute ist die Decke im Salon wieder - "erneuerungsbedürftig", vorsichtig formuliert. Der empfohlene Kleber hat sich gelöst, der Schaumstoff Rücken zerfällt durch die Hitze, Reparatur einfach nicht möglich. Ich favorisiere zwar eine Lösung, möchte aber mal gerne hören, wie andere damit umgehen. Ich lerne immernoch sehr gerne dazu . Freu mich auf Antwort. Aber bitte keine Hinweise auf Gisatex oder wie die heißen

Seine MAXI steckte in Refit-Arbeiten (früher oder später kriegen sie uns alle) und er benötigte Infos zur Demontage der originalen Traveller-Schiene.

Ich bin gerade etwas knapp mit Zeit und kopiere mal schnell seinen Text hier hinein:

Austausch Travellerschiene
Bruch des Traveller-Schlittens
Am Originalschlitten der Marke easyblock ist der Haltebügel für den Grossschotblock gebrochen. Nach Recherchen im Internet stellte ich fest, dass diese Firma nicht mehr existiert und keine Ersatzteile mehr organisiert werden können. Ich entschied mich ein neues System zu montieren und die Wahl fiel auf Pfeiffer und zwar auf die extra Höhe 60 mm.

Die Demontage gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Die Schiene ist beidseitig mit je 3 Schrauben fixiert. Nach Oeffnung der Decke musste ich feststellen dass inwendig keine Muttern sichtbar waren, diese sind einlaminiert.
Beim Versuch die Schrauben zu lösen sind zum Teil die Köpfe abgebrochen und ich musste sie mit Linksdreher herausdrehen.

Danach konnte ich die Schiene entfernen. Die neue Pfeiffer Schiene liess ich auf die gleiche Länge zuschneiden. Bei den vorhandenen Schraubenlöcher passten nur zwei auf die alten Löcher am Rumpf. Ich markierte die Stellen und liess mir 4 Passende Löcher ausbohren.

Zusätzlich zum Verschrauben verwendete ich noch Sika 291 i Kleber.
Danach war das Installieren des Schlittens einfach. Ich entschied mich für den Schlitten mit 6 Kugellager-Rollen. Der alte easyblock Schlitten lief inwendig der Schiene und war nur mit Mühe zu bewegen. Die neuen Schlittensysteme laufen ausnahmslos aussen und mit den Rollen gut zu handhaben.

Original sind Kreuzschlitzbolzen verbaut und ganz schnell war die Tool-Aufnahme rund.

Dann flexten sie mit einem Dremel einen Schlitz hinein, kauften im Landmaschinenhandel einen riesigen Schraubenzieher und endlich waren die Schrauben weg.
Der Linksausdreher wäre vermutlich unser nächster Schritt im Misserfolgsfall gewesen.

ein böser Steg mit Stahlkante hat auf unserer Shintamani einen daumengroßen Gelcoatschaden hinterlassen. Ich behaupte jetzt einfach mal, dass Anderen im Laufe der Jahre ähnliches passiert ist. Wie seid ihr an die Farbtongeschichte rangegangen? Habt ihr selber den Farbton gemischt oder mischen lassen?

Über Anregungen würde ich mich sehr freuen.
